DRUID LORE
I. History and Origin
Druids are the oldest and most ancient of the three spellcaster types. Originally taught by the Fae to do basic magic, Druids quickly picked up on it and surpassed their allies. Their magic is one of nature and the elements and as such, most druids tend to be in groups or isolated in thick wilderness where their magic is at its most potent. Throughout history, Druids have been prevalent in most cultures as shamanic people. However, in more modern terms, Druids have begun to isolate themselves from large swatches of humanity as more and more of their precious forest life is being cut down and claimed for cities. Most Druids have refused to go anywhere near a city for fear of being mostly powerless and because they believe it to be a detriment to the survival of humankind and the Earth overall.

II. Appearance
Druids look like normal humans minus one or two odd characteristics. Most druids wear more natural clothing made from vines, bark, leaves, etc. and do not sport common day clothing. They also tend to have unnatural hair colors due to their genetics that can range from shades of green to shades of blue and purple. In old times they would sport hoods or dye to blend in better in public, but in modern day most assume their hair is artificially dyed that color, so most don't bother covering it up anymore.

III. Becoming a Druid
Druids are born, not made. Humans who come from the druidic lineage have the chance to be born a druid. If they are, they will seem normal for the majority of their childhood, but around puberty their druidic blood will activate and they will begin to notice changes. The first change will be their hair color slowly turning a shade mentioned above, and an affinity for nature as well as wildlife. Throughout puberty they will still be learning the ways of the Druid spelltype and will not achieve their full potential until they become a master Druid which is normally at the end of puberty around the ages of 17-24.
